I’m coming here. WOW. for real? Apparently my boyfriends * of a mom decided that talking on the phone for 45 minutes is way too long. So she decides to freak out and demand that her son get off the phone in 10 seconds. Wow. Just wow. HE IS SIXTEEN YEARS OLD! He can make his own decisions. Sorry we enjoy talking to each other. I’m so sorry that your son actually found someone he can talk to because he sure as hell can’t have a civil conversation with you.

Kevin, Laura, & I went to see Sleigh Bells & LCD Soundsystem at the Naval Cruise Terminal
we arrived super early
we were the first ones there
we couldn’t get into the pre-party, so we had to wait for five hours outside the doors
we ran to the front row

Dan just beat a bunch of kids in the shred contest to win a $1500 amp!
He’s the man, I’m so proud!!! :D
Tonight was an incredible amount of fun. I played at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia with multiple other rock school house bands and the all stars. Everyone there was so nice and outgoing and just into the music. The one song I was on opened the show and people were singing along and clapping their hands before we even tried to get them to clap. It was like no other gig. In between a bunch of mini sets, guitarists from the different house bands went up against each other in a shred contest. The amazing Dan Edwards from our house band was nervous after his first opponent start playing, especially when he started playing the guitar between his legs. But Dan (aka Cherry Hill) came back at him and killed it for the win! His second opponent he beat with no problem. It was the best feeling so watch him win. All of us were so proud of him! Now I’m waiting to hear if he won the whole contest. The suspense is KILLING ME!
This week, my feelings have been met. I don’t write much when my feelings are balanced by another persons love.
